At Little Love Bug Co., we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned footwear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
